In certain countries outside EU the product may be held at customs even if it’s legal. The reason is that since the product looks so much like hash if it gets opened at the customs most likely they’ll think it actually is hash. In some countries they may just destroy it, in others they’ll have the product tested in a lab but it may take many months before they get the results and/or they may actually damage the product by testing it.
According to where you want the product to be shipped we can find some specific arrangements to ship the product to make it easier for you to import.
